Great location,. Our unit was close to pool and beach.
The unit we stayed in was a little dated, but clean. The one suggested near term improvement would be adding an AC unit in the living room area.

Location was great for a home base to the beaches and many food options. Come on, you do not go to Kihei to stay inside!
Nice having a washer and dryer after is was repaired.
The Vacasa local rep was great, She promptly looked after our issue with the door code and brought over a key and also coordinated the reset of the washing machine.
The door entry code was a mess, sometimes worked per the directions. After the maintenance guy showed up I used a different method that worked about 80% on the first attempt. Frustration until a key was provided.

- Nice location. Just cross the street and you will enjoy beautiful sunset there everyday
- lots of kitchenware
- not too clean, we found about 3-4 cockroaches in the room
- no spare beach chairs
- pillows and sofa are old and dirt stains
