The location was nice. The staff was nice.
There was only one elevator working. The iron was subpar. The sofa was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. I believe there was a mouse.

The hotel is in close proximity to Norfolk Waterside and Norfolk Scope. its central location makes it easy to walk to several restaurants in the area without having to constantly get car out of parking garage
during our entire stay the elevators were not working at all or getting stuck on certain floors after guests got off leaving others unable to access it. Leaving guests to have to walk up several flights of stairs to access their rooms with their luggage and personal items
