    The property offers spacious rooms with reliable Wi-Fi and convenient amenities, making it easy to get around the area. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. Cleanliness and facilities were well-maintained, providing good value for the price paid.

    It was great. I just had to ask for the quietest side of the hotel. So, I slept well. I can't speak for other parts of the hotel like the upper floor and so forth.

    Upon check-in, there was one staff member behind the desk and many people waiting to check in. I was never greeted. She never smiled. The interaction was cold as ice. She handed me something to sign and moved onto the next person. I had to ask her what time is breakfast? Where is my room? She never even bothered giving me a general area of where my room was in the hotel and where I should park. No, thank you. No enjoy your stay. She hates her job and everyone can see it. Hire more staff. Teach them to be friendly and welcoming. Shared an elevator with a room cleaning person. Smiled at her. She did not smile back and looked back down at her phone. When I went to use the elevator to go up to my room the second day it didn’t work and I had to ask the lady behind the counter to fix my card so I could get in the elevator. Different lady. No smile. No apology. Cold as ice. Third day card didn’t work to get on the elevator again. Had to wait for anyone to show up in the lobby. Different gal shows up. No smile. No hello. No apology. Nothing. Your entire staff treats the customers like they hate us and are inconvenienced with our presence. This is a management thing when you’re entire staff behaves this way. Also your sheets are rough. Feels like they’ve been slept on and washed thousands of times. Time to toss them and get new sheets.
