We have stayed here several times. We like it because it is always clean and quiet. There are no amenities like a pool or breakfast but we don't usually take advantage of those anyway. There is ample parking. Staff are always courteous and efficient. It is centrally located and close to restaurants and the university.

For an older property it has been well maintained. The staff is kind, patient, helpful and friendly! I will definitely stay here again.
