    The hotel is located in a pretty convenient location close to transportation. However, if you are expected some top of the line type of hotel, this is not the place. The check-in area and hallways of the floors lacks lighting. The only good lighting is the elevators. I guess the staff does not do routine checks in rooms or they would have known certain things needs repairs. Also, for the price charged, perhaps, invest in better more comfortable pillows. Overall, it's not a bad hotel.

    Perfectly located within Manhattan's financial district. Although the hotel and rooms have definitely seen better days and was not as clean as we would have liked, we cannot fault the value at all, as it was significantly cheaper than other options in NYC. They also offered a luggage storage service after checkout against minimal payment, which was very much appreciated. We've seen some reviews regarding lifts in service. During our stay, while there was only one to take you from the front door to the reception area, all three lifts to the rooms were operational during our stay, and we never waited more than a minute to board. Would we stay there again? Yes, but only if the prices remain competitive. Thank you for having us!

    Good location: easy to get subway or PATH. close to all the downtown tourist spots. Great view: you can get really good photo of the World Trade Center One building just from your room window. Nice staff and clean room.
