Staff was very friendly, room was very clean & comfortable. With an exceptional view! Centrally located in the Financial District.
The fact that there was only 1 elevator that was working for all floors above the 5th...which caused longer wait times.

The location was very close to the Path and subways for transportation
At first the hotel was difficult to fund especially on map apps as there is large or distinct sign that is the hotel snd when you do arrive there is an elevator to take to get to the actual lobby
