Quiet, roomy and peaceful stay

Nice private space. Quiet other than room noise.

Breakfast staff pretty unfriendly. Dispensers for soap/lotion/shampoo/conditioner ineffective. One was off the wall when we entered the room and the others double stick tape kept popping off anytime you used them.

I’d never stay anywhere else in Sedona.

Great pool area and love that the hotel is within walking distance of few cafes/restaurants- particularly recommend Local Juicery and Basecamp brewery.

Sonya was a excellent front desk attendant. She found out it was my birthday and sent me a bag with wine, and chocolates . Such a sweet gesture.

The stay was just okay.

Room was in need of some TLC. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked great. we had to have the showerhead replaced it felt like needles when it hit our skin.

The property isn't ADA compliant. The breakfast room is located on the second floor above the reception area. There is a number of stairs to climb. No elevator. If you need or want ice the machine is located in the reception area also. If you are handicap in anyway and want to stay at this property, make sure you book a first-floor room. Once again there is no elevator to the second floor and if you have a heavy load or number of items to carry it can be rough.

I would stay here again.

Property is old but very well maintained inside and outside. Room is a good size and the bathroom is exceptional. The porch with a table and chairs is nice to sit outside and have coffee. Not far from restaurants, groceries, gas stations and sites.

Location, cleanliness and parking

Breakfast sucked. It needs to be available earlier. 7:30a is too late. Needs to open at 6a. The eggs served were hardboiled — yuck. There was instant oatmeal, instead of cooked oatmeal, they had uncooked burrito that you had to microwave yourself. There was no half n half only awful artificial creamers — again, yuck. We waited until 7:30a when it opened and were extremely disappointed. We should’ve gone to a restaurant for breakfast.

Luxurious room, well decorated , good location 2-3 mins outside of Sedona. We had an upper floor room with a balcony and incredible view. The breakfast was great - for the small extra cost compared to other hotels I looked at more than worth the money for the 3 of us in the room price. Loved the toiletries in the bathroom and little touches like make up remover wipes and towel foldings!

The property is very nice, located in a very convenient area in Sedona and easy to get around to the hiking trails. Hope at the front desk was an absolute charming woman who made us feel at home right away

The breakfast buffet is very limited and no variation, few options available and same menu every day, taste is pretty plain. Being that most people will most likely grab breakfast and go to start hiking early, things like boiled eggs, muffins, cheese etc would be a great option to have as well. Having burritos and pancakes every morning for a stay of more than 2 days, doesn’t make it attractive.

We had a good stay it could’ve just been cleaner to make us feel more comfortable.

The location was great, close to downtown shops and restaurants, free parking and free breakfast.

It wasn’t nearly as clean as I expected based on other reviews. The patio area was pretty unkept and inside the room the carpet and the bathroom weren’t actually clean.

Best stay and price in Sedona

Clean staff was amazing especially JESSICA what a warm welcome when we checked in gave us all the info for places to eat and sights to visit she made us feel so welcomed it was a pleasure to met her. I would recommend your hotel to all my friends and family.

The rooms are fantastic and the customer service was phenomenal.

Our only complaint stemmed from the bath product dispensers not being easy to use (poor design) and the shower heads were lacking the polish and comfort the rest of the experience held.

Nice getaway from Vegas heat

Location being away from the heavy traffic and it was mostly quiet. Continental breakfast was decent. Hot tub and pool were nice. Dog friendly was great with exception of inconsiderate guests that took their unleashed dog into the pool deck.

My only complaint is the beds are not comfortable.
