People were generous and pleasant. Could not figure out how to darken the room despite my enjoyment of the ambiance.

Clean and comfortable room. The Southwest motif is used effectively throughout the entire location making the facilities and room feel very cozy.

It’s close enough to the road that late night and early morning traffic will wake a light sleeper.

What a beautiful, comfy, lovely room! And what a lovely staff!

I loved the place. I decorate in Southwest decor, and this Inn was just so charming. The women who worked the front office were so nice! The homemade burrito for Breakfast! WOWOWO

Other food be as high a quality as the burrito. AND DECAF COFFEE, at breakfast. They do have a decaf in the room.

We LOVED our stay in Sedona at this little gem of a Hotel/Motel. The decor was Southwest and super cute, we loved the fireplace - it added to the cosy vibe of our room, and the beds are super comfortable! The staff are on point. The included breakfast was a nice little extra. Thank you!!!

Great budget option!

Location was perfect for major hiking routes. You can walk to one of the best cafes in town. They have free EV charging for guests too (bring an adapter if you have a Tesla).

The breakfast was underwhelming, very continental style. They have bean burritos you can microwave and add toppings to. The shower was a little loud/squeaky. The toilet could have more flush power.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and quaint. We love the Southwestern theme decor. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was fresh and delicious. We loved the burritos!

We loved this place. Hope was a great hostess welcoming us. The in-room coffee was really good. The decor was lovely. We had a fireplace and really appreciated it because it was cold in Sedona. We didn’t have the breakfast. Beds are memory foam and were comfortable.

Great hotel and personel

I adored it. You can park your car just in from of your room (which is like a townhouse with it's own terasse). The view is just amazing, all the places to visit are minutes away. And you have a chimney in your room!

Quiet, roomy and peaceful stay

Nice private space. Quiet other than room noise.

Breakfast staff pretty unfriendly. Dispensers for soap/lotion/shampoo/conditioner ineffective. One was off the wall when we entered the room and the others double stick tape kept popping off anytime you used them.

I’d never stay anywhere else in Sedona.

Have stayed here 3x and love it. Amazing value for a spacious room with electric fireplace, king bed and balcony. Clean and cozy. Staff is really nice (glad they got rid of the check-in robot). Great pool area and love that the hotel is within walking distance of few cafes/restaurants- particularly recommend Local Juicery and Basecamp brewery.

Sonya was a excellent front desk attendant. She found out it was my birthday and sent me a bag with wine, and chocolates . Such a sweet gesture.

The stay was just okay.

Room was in need of some TLC. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked great. we had to have the showerhead replaced it felt like needles when it hit our skin.

The property isn't ADA compliant. The breakfast room is located on the second floor above the reception area. There is a number of stairs to climb. No elevator. If you need or want ice the machine is located in the reception area also. If you are handicap in anyway and want to stay at this property, make sure you book a first-floor room. Once again there is no elevator to the second floor and if you have a heavy load or number of items to carry it can be rough.

I would stay here again.

Property is old but very well maintained inside and outside. Room is a good size and the bathroom is exceptional. The porch with a table and chairs is nice to sit outside and have coffee. Not far from restaurants, groceries, gas stations and sites.

Breakfast sucked. It needs to be available earlier. 7:30a is too late. Needs to open at 6a. The eggs served were hardboiled — yuck. There was instant oatmeal, instead of cooked oatmeal, they had uncooked burrito that you had to microwave yourself. There was no half n half only awful artificial creamers — again, yuck. We waited until 7:30a when it opened and were extremely disappointed. We should’ve gone to a restaurant for breakfast.

Luxurious room, well decorated , good location 2-3 mins outside of Sedona. We had an upper floor room with a balcony and incredible view. The breakfast was great - for the small extra cost compared to other hotels I looked at more than worth the money for the 3 of us in the room price. Loved the toiletries in the bathroom and little touches like make up remover wipes and towel foldings!
