We loved our suite, the beds and tv was great and room was clean. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was clean and fun.
We booked 2 rooms thru booking.com and when we got there one of our rooms that we booked for my son and 2 grandkids was not available and my grandson had to sleep on the floor, we asked for an air mattress or some kind and they said they would see if they can find one but never heard back, she said booking,com over books sometime. Unacceptable! We booked a week or a week and a half ahead of time!

Room smelled sour when I entered. Bathroom had a terrible sewer gas odor
