Location, very comfortable room, clean, close to any place we chose to go. Always great coffee.... Very important... very good breakfast offered each morning. Beds are SUPER comfortable. Really love the layout of the room. A little bit of space goes a long way. There was 4 of us and we had room to put our suitcases without getting in each others way..

If I have to say something what we didn't like, it would be the price as there was (and most of the time in October) a football game going on on Saturday. All Hotels increase their prices up at least $50 to $75 just for this reason.. Probably have to say yes, still worth it because of the cleanliness and comfort.

Had booked 3 rooms on B.com and had confirmation. Yet when We arrived they told me they had only one room booked. Hotel person was not helpful at all but finally gave us 2 more rooms. They said B.com problem not theirs. Even though we had confirmation from you

One of the receptionists was rude to me and also I wish the cardio room had weights but didn’t have any and the pool area doesn’t have dressing rooms I couldn’t get myself and my family changed to go out of the pool room without leaving the water everywhere.

Disappointing

The property is run down. There was a hole in the floor in the third floor that we all stepped in and felt there was nothing there! The sheets were dirty, the beds are hard, the air never cooled off, the tv volume was blocked at a certain volume so you couldn’t turn it up to hear it really. The breakfast wasn’t great, only hot options were oatmeal or pancakes. Coffee was good. The tables were dirty. The staff never spoke to us other than when spoken to. Over all we will not stay there again.

Room had a bad small had to ask for some type of air freshener. Their was one way in and out of the parking lot of the hotel right by a busy street and at times it was hard to get out.

The advertisement showed that they had a hot tub and they did not. The elevators are so small. You can hardly get the luggage cart and two people in it. Our keys kept demagnetizing, and we had to keep going back to get them fixed Breakfast was mediocre and cold most of the time Difficult to see what area to pull in to

Misleading, disappointing and uncomfortable

We reserved and paid for a two queen suite with sofa bed. The room we were given had two beds not much bigger than twin size. When I asked why I was not given the room I reserved, I was told the hotel was sold out, therefore I was given an ADA room. I’m not sure why ADA rooms have smaller and more uncomfortable beds, secondly, my room was reserved over two weeks ago.
