It was completely updated. Brand new. It was very nice. Very clean. The staff was great.
The bed was too hard! We had to buy an air mattress to on top of it. We did ask for a mattress topper but they didn’t have those. The breakfast was good. It would have been nice to have bacon one more. I can’t eat sausage so I didn’t have any breakfast meat.

The room was clean and modern (recently updated), the best were comfy, and the staff was lovely.
Under renovation but they’re doing a great job can’t wait to see the final results

Room was clean and spacious
Despite using AC room was HOT. Waking up sweaty is not restful. AC would cycle on and run for 20 minutes or so and then shut off and not come back on for 30-40 minutes.
If the room is this uncomfortable in April I can’t imagine what July-Sept must be.
We have family in Inwood and plan on visit at least 2X per year. Will not return to this Hampton Inn.
