The price was low. The hotel was quiet enough. TV and a/c worked. Excellent wi-fi. Right off of the highway, so you can jump on and off conveniently.
The front desk staff (same girl at check-in and check-out) didn't seem to know what she was doing. My room was not ready and she asked me to wait, but couldn't give me an estimated wait time. She also had a guest sign-in sheet sitting out. I had to tell her it was illegal to have confidential information sitting in plain view. My room card had to be reset every day for some reason. The fire alarm kept going off one morning. The free breakfast was just cereal, bread, and fruit on the weekday. 3 pillows on the bed, but only 1 was a full-size pillow. The other 2 were very small and uncomfortable.
