    The hotel was in a great location if you are going to Sea World and/or Aquatica. I found the online room description deceptive as it listed a pull-out sofa. I thought this meant the pull-out would accommodate 2 people sleeping on it. However, the pull-out was only large enough for 1 adult to sleep on. My grandson ended up sleeping on the floor. In addition to this, when we checked in, the room was really warm. My daughter went to the front desk to let them know and to inquire if there was a fan they could provide. The front desk staff on that day told her that that was all the HVAC would cool due to the number of guests in the hotel and to the heat. Also, that they had already given out all of the fans and they didn't have anymore. The staff member helping her suggested that if she wanted to purchase a fan for the stay, that when we checked out the hotel would purchase the fan from her. The staff member told her about a Walmart near the hotel if she wanted to make that purchase. We went to the Walmart and purchased the fan. As soon as we got back to the hotel, my daughter took the receipt for the purchase of the fan back down to the front desk and they made a copy of it. Needless to say, when we went to check out the front desk would not honor the reimbursement that they had promised at check-in and a manager was not available to talk with about the matter. You do have to pay additional for parking as well :(
