The pool area
Very noisy
Did not supply toilet roll etc shower gels empty asked for more never goy
Very poor chevkin experience except for 1 staff member whom was great.
Looked tired in areas
Condo was in need of maintenance
In america but alot of staff did not speak english very well if at all making communication hard..
Hilton had taken over and nobody seemed to know what the processes were and onky concerned with hard selling if points as part of a timesgare faciliry.
