A well priced pleasant stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. Most of the front of house staff were lovely ( with the exception of 1 or 2 ) Very comfortable beds.

It would have been helpful if the cleaning staff could have spoken English. With the exception of one lovely lady, nobody could communicate with us in English at all, I mean at all. It was very frustrating when we were trying to say that we needed fresh cups or towels etc.or when to come back to clean. The communication from the hotel when we had an issue with our deposit after we had left was also very poor

Good option if you have business in that area

Comfortable and clean modern hotel, good for American standards, good choice if you are coming for the tradeshow in Anaheim or have business in that area. The best option in that area (comparing to similar hotels nearby).

Soundproofing is simply non-existent. Could hear every word and every breath of the guest next door, luckily the neighbours were not too loud. I would also say the place is overpriced but that is a major problem for LA area I guess.

This hotel is a great location, it could use some updating on mattresses and shower heads

The location of this hotel is really good - it's close to all freeways so easy access to anywhere you might want to go. The staff are very nice - it's pretty clean.

The bed was really uncomfortable (worn out?). Also, the water pressure for the shower is just awful - it's difficult to even rinse your hair.

For a short stay it did the job at a reasonable price

Close to freeway access, property was maintained, plenty of parking. On site laundry, gym, and pool. Plenty of towels in room. Room and bathroom were clean, bedding was comfortable and in good condition. There was a small fridge and coffee maker in room. On site a small menu restaurant/bar that had plenty of seating. Food was good. Service was quick and friendly. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

AC unit gave a slight mildew/wet towel smell when initially started and TV in room did not get a good signal. Would freeze up or screen would turn all blue or green.

The hotel was equipped with all the necessary amenities for an optimal stay, and I was greeted with warmth and hospitality from the various staff.

It’s my 5th time staying here, I always come here every time I come to LA. I felt like it was new management, front desk lady wasn’t friendly. There was no pressure to the shower, it was super slow ..that was very annoying to me. The rooms was not ready at our check in time. Also, there was no room service when stayed for 3 days. we at probably won’t return next time

I have not booked a room for awhile and do not know if I would have paid more I would have received maid service. I did not see any sign of a maid in the halls or in the five days I stayed in my room. No clean towels or amenities. Not sure if that's normal or not?

disappointing

I specifically stayed an additional night so that my invited guest from Mexico could remain in her room while her husband testified in court. Despite my having notified the front desk that she would be remaining in the room she was kicked out of the room at 100pm, and the staff would not lister to her explanation. This is poor staff management and it was irresponsive to our needs
