Great hotel, just a real shame about the parking.

Property was well kept and the room was very clean. Staff was wonderful.

The parking is ridiculous. We opted to park off site which was not a big deal because the parking garage was within walking distance. We went yo a restaurant that we had reservations and upon leaving the garage the price to park just for a few hours was $20!! Might as well have gone through valet!

I was kind of hoping there was a tub, but I know I am in the minority, so It wasn't a big deal at all. I wasn't a fan of the smell of the toiletries provided, but I did love that you provided makeup wipes.

It looks like a great place in a great location, however I will probably go with another place.

The online pictures of the room looked wonderful

It was a last minute booking for the following day and was the last room available so it did not have the backup cancelation option. I tried to take my son on a Mommy and Me trip since my divorce and I had finally worked to save up enough. He however got sick on the way throwing up everywhere in my truck and since we live 3 hours away I brought him back home. I called the hotel and messaged at 3 (an hour before check in) to tell them we would not be there so they could re list the room. Instead of a cancelation fee I was still charged $414 and received a text at 6pm (2 hours later than it was supposed to be) the room was ready. I would have had to keep him throwing up in a vehicle for 6 hours. While I know I made the right decision I wish they would have worked with me a little better.

That our electric ports wouldn’t work in our room by bed had to use in the bathroom. Our bathroom door was awful trying to to shut it to go to bathroom. The fact they told tell u river view is only with king bed not doubles.

We liked the location. We could walk to the ballgame we were going to. Also, there was a nice walking area along the river.

The bathroom in our room needed to be redone especially the shower. It was very narrow. I expected the room to be nicer due to the price of the room.

Good hotel in a great location, you'd be hard pushed to find better for the price

Location for Cincinnati was excellent. Room was spacious and tidy. Bed was a wee bit hard but good size. View was nice with a glimpse of the Ohio River and the Cincinnati skyline. Restaurant/bar was clean and offered a good range but closed a bit early at 10pm

Convenient to everything on our agenda with gorgeous riverfront access.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and out were smooth and quick. Valet service was responsive and pleasant! The hotel sits on the riverfront and the views from that side are absolutely gorgeous. There is also quick access to patios and amphitheaters w/up close views of Cincinnati’s iconic downtown.

Having to listen to a messed up toilet running all night and had to wait unit maintenance to come in and fix it. Kept me up all night.

If I wasn't a rewards member, I would never select a Marriott again.

The check-in staff was excellent.

The floor in our room needed to be swept and mopped. We had to call the front desk twice to get it swept (but they did not mop). Our feet were so dirty from the floor, that we wore socks and then threw them away. After two days of not seeing housekeeping, we called the front desk again. They said the cleaning staff would be able to do our room between 10 a.m and 2 p.m. the following day, so we requested clean towels. When we returned to the room on day 3 at 5 p.m., no one had come. Finally at 5:30, a man cleaned the bathroom, and mopped the floor. I've never had such poor service.

Location is excellent. Bar is great. Staff was super courteous. Bartenders made excellent drinks. Banquet staff did an excellent job and food was good.

Water pressure was horrible, and it took forever to figure out how far to turn the faucet to get hot. Room was not as big as photos make it seem. Windows were filthy on the inside (photo attached shows how dirty windows were). Bathroom door gave zero actual privacy and it needs a vent. The entrance was slightly confusing. So for what I paid I expected quite a bit more.

Not too good of a stayed at this motel!!!

The view was great.

Had to pay for parking!!! $30 a night,that's $60 for both nights!!! Never had to pay for parking before at any motel we stayed before. We got charged for parking is the main reason we not going to stay at this motel again!!! We was'nt told any thing about parking charges by Booking.com about this motel!!! We would have cancelled this motel reservation if we had known about the parking charges but was afraid that we would be charged any way for the full amount!!! Also half the AC outlets did'nt work!!! The bath room shower was'nt the greatest,too much water pressure!!!
