The location and the overall outlook
Shower in the bathroom was not working at all. There was no water pressure and no hot water available. Traveling with kids it's very tough not to get them showered up. Nobody told us about this. And on letting the staff know at front desk was told that due to some renovation the showers are like this. I have never commented about bad experiences but this is not about bad experience this is about spending $270 plus taxes and not getting a basic need met that is part of any decent facility. I honestly will expect a reimbursement or some sort of compensation for this. Imagine that you can not shower properly and then you have to travel as well. Not a good experience at all.
