We enjoyed two days of exploring Hocking Hills and slept well for both nights!

Location. Super nice room.
The key card wasn’t working. We didn’t get a key to our room. Super inconvenient. Affect our stay for sure. I had prepaid. I should have been offered a refund.

Location was good
Outdoor patio not good,bird poop on the chairs and no outdoor cleaning or sweeping whatsoever. Beds are way too soft. The other thing with pets I literally seen one poop on the carpet and it was not properly cleaned. Animals are disgusting in hotels.

Big roomy space. Updated bathroom. Loved the shower. Loved the lighted bathroom mirror.

The pancake maker didn't work either morning after multiple tries by the staff. The oatmeal was watery both mornings. Other than that, it was excellent! Love the coffee.
