We love staying at this property and do every time we come to st. Augustine
We prepaid for our room and the first desk clerk tried to make us pay again. Manager was able to clarify everything and clear up the confusion but did set the mood off for a while.

Every thing was fine, except the initial check in. We arrived at 10:30. We were told if we checked in at 10:30, it would be $50.00, extra for an 11:00 check in.????
Not paying $20.00, per night for parking. We arrived on a Wednesday, left Friday, and both nights there was Plenty of empty spaces.

Excellent location, plenty of parking and easily walkable into the town centre (busy pedestrian route took about 10-15 mins). Room was spacious, with everything you need (mini fridge, coffee etc). Beds were really comfy (even the sofa bed which my two teens used). Little pool out back was a welcome dip after a hot day exploring the town. Complimentary breakfast was fab.
