The hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful upon entry. Everything was comfortable, spacious, and clean.
The hotel charges $20 per day for parking. I usually see this in larger metropolitan areas which is understandable given the lack of parking available. This hotel had plenty of parking and was a little out of the way so I didn’t see a need to add another charge to my stay.
I also left a very special gold Chan on the sink when I departed. I called as soon as I realized I didn’t have it. They said they would look for it and call me back. The next day I sent a message because nobody had called me to say if it was or wasn’t found. The general manager, Arthur, told me not to call again and that they would call me if it was found. I was so upset because I had gotten the chain while serving in the military during the first gulf war. I can buy another chain, but it’s not the same. This one had so much sentimental value. I offered a reward, but they said nobody found it. I know exactly where it was and in my heart I feel the housekeeping staff took it and kept it. I was more upset that Arthur said do not call again. I never got angry with them and my message was nice. I was just pleading with them to talk to the housekeeper and tell her that I would pay her for it. He made me feel worse than I already felt. No compassion at all. The desk manager (I can’t remember her name)was very kind and was very sorry that it wasn’t found, but Arthur was rude in my opinion.

Breakfast was excellent, beds were comfortable & room was clean.
Toilet seat was loose & sliding off, safe had no instructions for use- went to the front desk & told me how to do it. Tried to enter my personal pin leaving safe empty "just in case" & couldn't get back in to it. Had a continuous alarm for approximately 5 minutes so didn't use it. Bathroom lighted mirror wasn't working. And the big turn off was having to pay $20 per night to park in your parking lot after paying $276.36 for 2 nights. What a rip off.
