Nice staff and 2 very comfortable queen beds in the room
Compulsory AC in Phoenix was very efficient but noisier than normal. Had to switch it off in the night

Location was good. Lots of places to eat
Older and not enough parking if you come late. We had to park behind building in a lot where we parked on the dirt next to trash bin. Was uneasy about parking there.
