I liked the breakfast options and front desk staff.
I had a very poor interaction with the shuttle bus driver. I needed a ride to the airport and had 3 suitcases; one of which was heavy. He initially did not put it in the trunk. I guess he wanted to leave it or me there at the hotel. Once we got to the airport, he took all 3 suitcases out and placed them in the middle lane and preceded to leave them there while cars were driving all around me. This put me in an extremely dangerous situation of dodging cars in order to get my bags to the sidewalk. He was extremely rude.

Property could use updating. Housekeeping was rude.
Older property and had issues with keys and first room was dirty.
