Super friendly staff at the lobby

Very nice common areas like the lobby, bar, outdoor patio and porches. The front desk staff were very friendly and responsive. The bartender was very good even during very busy times. The hotel is basically very well appointed.
We stayed two nights and were out of the room from 12:30pm to 4:00pm and housekeeping didn't come to our room until 6:00pm so I had to call down for towels and new coffee and cups for the next day. They were delivered in a timely manner. We didn't need full cleaning services, but we did need towels and things to dress for dinner. The were several dust bunnies in the room above the windows and the room didn't like it had been dusted in a while. Otherwise, it was very clean in the bathroom/shower.

The layout and the staff
Both rooms they tried to give us smelled horrible and the weather was perfect and we were told we had a pool access but the pool was closed
