Interesting area, middle of a residential area. I did go to the river to check it out. Fun watching the birds. No elevator, but only 2 stories. Nothing amazing.

Friendly front desk lady.
The lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and it went down the halls. Cigarettes were crushed on the floor in the lobby. All of the rooms on the hall where our room was were non-smoking. There was no way I was going to eat any breakfast food in the lobby after it mingled with cigarettes. The bathroom was old and dirty. Tiles falling off around the faucet in the shower. Massive dust build up on the vent. The absolute worst part was that the toilet wasn't completely clean. There was poop on the inside of the rim.
