Great once we got into a clean room!

The location is good, and the front desk staff was excellent and accomodating.

We had to switch rooms twice. Once was due to an unknown stain on the bedding. The second room was clean but smelled of smoke and had cigarette ash on the window sill. We called the desk to let them know about it because they have a smoking penalty that we didn’t want pinned on us. The clerk politely offered to move us to another room.

Very clean large rooms with very comfortable beds. Room included a microwave, small refrigerator, large pull out desk with a charir, and a chair/ottoman. The Atrium is very nice and has areas for gatherings if necessary. Location is close to Fayetteville.

Beautiful fountains greeted you long with fresh cookies. Spacious with full service restaurant and bar. Excellent value compared to other nearby hotels. Staff was courteous and helpful, filling our water bottles with ice to go.

Too much walking for handicapped husband as we were on the seventh floor. Luggage cart required multiple trips to get and return.

Disappointing

Reserved two queen beds. Got a suite with one bed and fold out couch. Hot tub was only half full and table legs of furniture very dirty. For the amount we paid for the room was highly disappointed. Won’t be staying there again

Checked in on Thanksgiving and went to the bar for a drink and meal. Bartender made us great drinks and was very accommodating and friendly with the meal. Front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and after a little wait to let someone's little ones enjoy the hot tub, I had a nice relaxing soak. Breakfast was good and overall experience was exceptional.

Breakfast was not included. However, after comparison, meal rates were on point. Was not amused with all the kids in the pool/hot tub area, but there were no issues with them...just my crankiness. Would be lovely if hotels were able to have a "kids pool" room separate from those wishing to relax without kids. Again, can't complain about the hotel for this, and all kids were rather well behaved. I was simply in town for an unpleasant visit and was cranky :P

A fella named Jayson at the front desk was exceptional! Started my stay off on a very pleasant note. Beautiful facility as well. If not for the bed, I would rate this stay as excellent.

The bed! Way too stiff. Woke up several times throughout the night (and in the morning) with an incredible amount of back pain & stiffness. Truly the only negative experience was the uncomfortable bed.

Check in and out went perfectly. Workers were all very professional and accommodating.

A children's sporting event was taking place near by and it was great to see all the families. Front desk notified me that noise curfew was for 10 PM. After that I never heard any of the "happy" sounds until the next morning about 9 AM. (I'm a Sr. citizen and I still love hearing the laughter that comes from being around children for awhile.

Took a little while for the TV to warm up and have a good steady picture. Carpet in the room had seen a better day.

Exceptional

Everything! We had 2 bad experiences that night with 2 different hotels lying about their pools being open. I called here to make sure they were open, I was pretty much crying because I was so overwhelmed. I think his name was Dylan. He was absolutely phenomenal. He took such good care of us! 10/10 would stay here again!!
