Did not stay here

I liked the hotel they moved us to. The Staybridge was beautiful and comfortable.

I did not like being contacted by this hotel 2 hours before check in telling me they where spraying pesticides and the gas was being turned off. Isn't that something you know ahead of time? Anyway I did appreciate them moving me to a wonderful hotel that was nice and comfortable. So thank you.

The property was in a great area that felt safe. Staff was welcoming when I arrived at midnight. Would recommend this place to others. The beds were amazing as well.

We left at 4 am and it would of been nice to be able to get breakfast that early.

The worst experience.

We liked nothing about this hotel. Leaving to a safer hotel was the highlight. Unfortunately, this hotel said we couldn’t get a refund because we booked through booking and booking also would not give us a refund.

This hotel was the worse hotel I have ever been to. I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews. Once we arrived we quickly realized the reviews online are made up reviews. This hotel is in the worst area of town, definitely not safe. Once we checked in the clerk told me to park my car in the very front of the hotel, because that’s where the cameras are……. huge red flag. Then she told us all the stores that are in walking distance but to watch out for all the homeless individuals in the area…… huge red flag. The outside is a little run down looking, the lobby is very deceiving, it’s newer/ modern looking. However, once you get off the elevator the hotel shows its true colors. It’s old and run down. Our room was decent at best. The other thing to take note is that this was a huge trucker stop. I’ve never seen so many truckers/ big rigs at a hotel. Ultimately, we left to find a safer location and so happy that we did. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great place to stay in Manteca

This HI Express is very conveniently located near a highway. I had to ask if it was a new property as everything was impeccable. The room spotless and the lobby very presentable. The staff we interacted with from the registration to check out was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided choices for every diet and it was fresh and nutritious. I will definitely stay there again at any future opportunity.

Breakfast was great! The shower makes a squeaky noise in this room, and the wallpaper is coming down too a bit. That’s not a huge issue but some kids broke the elevator while we were here. This is a great location too!

Like so many other things (fuel, food), OVER PRICED, for what you get! Paid almost $190 for a 1 night stay, that 5 year

The hotel was located in an area very convenient to restaurants and stores.

Even though it was a nice area, when I walked to pick up dinner, - due to the California governor’s; democratic state legislators and liberal courts policies, the area had homeless people around begging. Some were behaving in a drug induced condition. The hotel’s guest keys didn’t function in the back door or pool gate (turned off??), for security purposes, I was told. Even the front entrance required an employee to push a button to allow recognized guests to enter, because of unauthorized people wondering in. California needs to clean up its act instead of overly accommodating (or being afraid to handle, the drug, alcohol, criminals which have taken over).

For amount paid definitely not worth the hotel stay, should have went to Hilton True down the street.

The room smelled awful and the staff rude with questions asked. Jacuzzi was dirty with insects and not enough pool towels for 2 guests.

The snack area was extremely thin and non appealing. The free breakfast was not appealing. The egg omelet was rubber and the sausage patties looked microwaved. Just not the best breakfast, will definitely dine out next time. Dining area was kept very clean and comfortable.

Great experience, Our new go to place when visiting Sacramento.

The breakfast was really good. Holiday Inn Express is known for their breakfast and this location is no exception. The lady that serviced the breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful. Great selection and quality great.

Single ply toilet paper. This was the only thing that wasn't up to par. The facility may be a little older than some but it is in good shape.
