La cama estaba cómoda
There was something similar to a minibar, but it did not actually refrigerate anything—it was only there to store and sell beverages at room temperature. It also didn’t have enough space to store my food. Because there was no functioning mini refrigerator or cold storage available in the room, I had no proper way to keep my food refrigerated, which caused it to spoil.

We are at the Pato’s Erie and it was delightful.

It was our 3rd start in this hotel and it’s always great. It was only one night but restful. We upgraded our room to the one with extra air purifier(I think it’s cause restore). We love the large bed and super comfortable mattress and bedding. Room is very large and so is the bathroom and hall. This hotel has the most amazing spa which is very luxurious and with the money. We also had fantastic massages and rested on the spa premises prior to 11h flight home.
One thing we forgot to mention; our room had broken lamp in the bathroom! Plastic bits from smashed lamp were missing so housekeeping clearly cleaned it but the cover has been left with sharp broken cover of what was left. This needs addressing. Room 24114
The only ongoing issues here are;
1) skinning is still allowed anywhere at the casino which is terrible!
2) spa, gym and pools close way too early. This is a resort so closing pools at 7pm and gym and spa at 6 is strange! As a resort I would expect to have pools open until at least 10pm and gym should be open 24/7 for such resort.

The facilities
Very rude staff. Makes you feel you are coming on a rate-free stay!!! So shocking and rudeness stretches from some valet staff to reception, room service, and bar tenders (the worst of all)
