The staff was fantastic. The room was clean and quiet and large. Everything was better than expected.
The bathtub was chipping. Just old and needs replacing, but perfectly functional.

The room was very clean, and the staff was very attentive and quick to answer requests.
The location was close to downtown Encinitas and the freeway entrance.

EVERYTHING!! I immediately reviewed online. Gr
REAT hotel. Beautiful outside and inside. The room was huge, clean, accommodating. loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion smells. Beds were comfy. it was my fisnce, myself and our 10 year old. our 10 year old slept on the pull out which was surprisingly comfy. All around Fantastic hotel!!
The $20 per night surprisingly parking fee. Didn't like that at all. I've stayed at many hotels and have never paid a fee, and $20 PER night. kind of crazy.

That it was close to where I needed to be.
The room was smaller than what I thought it was gonna be. We didn't have a couch to put our stuff on just a rolling chair, the pillows were flat, our hairdryer almost caught on fire being on for two minutes, the water pressure wasn't strong at all. I feel like I didn't get the dollar amount that I paid for.
