It was easy to get to from the airport, minutes away from a variety of restaurants and stores, the staff was helpful and friendly, and right off the expressway.
Oh yes, they also had happy hour from 5:30-6:30pm at the bar each night!

The environment was welcoming.
The air in my room was not working properly. I called front desk and informed the lady of my issue. She told me she would take care of it. No one ever showed.
I gave this information at checkout but unfortunately I was told I couldn't receive a discount or a refund because I purchased the room through a third party.
The heat cause me to sweat and messed up my natural hair. I had to attend my son's graduation with my hair messed up. I was so hurt.
