Staff was very friendly upon arrival and throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent every morning. The room was very comfortable and kid friendly.
The swimming pool water was too cold so we didnt stay in to long.

the first staff we had was very nice
the second guy who was working wouldn’t let us get new room keys even tho we confined the phone number and name. also kids were running up and down the halls and stairs for HOURS. woke me and my friend up very early. very very disappointed nobody said anything to them
