I've come to learn to enjoy double trees. The hotels are immaculate, the staff professional, 4 stars all around. Yet this one gets my highest praise. At 1 am ll the tornado sirens sounded and we had to shelter in place. The staff was calm and professional and heroes all around. They not only took care of the guests but random people passing by. This was Minnesota nice to the highest degree. Would recommend even in good weather!

The staff was very rude and racist as I didn't have a room there ask me questions like why your in the lobby and stuff like that just harassment i don't like it.
