Gaming room took our money and they said well we can’t do anything. It’s a 3rd. Party.

Pool area and water activity center were quite nice. Good location - we were able to walk to mostly everywhere we wanted to go.
Kitchen was very outdated. Cabinet doors were broken. Water was sitting in the bottom of the dishwasher. There were glass slivers on the floor in the kitchen from whoever stayed there before us and one of the people in our group cut her foot on it.

The rooms were super nice, the hotel itself was super nice. Everything in general seemed pretty clean.
The pool, fire pit, and splash area close pretty early which is annoying. Theres no life guard or employees watching it during the day, so it closing at 10 when most people are getting back from activities at around 9 seems super silly. Theres cameras and you have to use your key card to enter the pools so worries about vandalism just seems silly to me.
We also really didn’t appreciate the push for a time share when trying to get our room cards and parking pass. Its very aggravating driving 7 hours, going to check in, and having check in take 40 minutes bc they’re giving you a spiel about getting a time share while the rest of the family is melting outside in the hot car.
