Convenience to restaurants and my job.
We needed to stay and extra night, the price jumped to 343 vs the 107 ish we were paying, didn't offer a lower rate since we had been staying there 4 days already due to our furnace going out at our home. We ended up finding another hotel for one more night.

It was a big room and a nice location
The person who was supposed to be at the front desk wasn’t there and took 10 min before coming for check in, he was rude and acted like he did not care to be there. There were ants coming up thru the sink and there was no one at the the fri t desk to tell I even tried to call the front desk it rang for 5 min straight, I paid over 400$ and was really hoping for a better stay
