Overall was a very nice stay with clean rooms and good breakfast. Nobody restocked the breakfast area (vanilla yogurt and maple brown sugar oatmeal ran out) when a hockey team all came down to eat. The waffle batter was made too thick and wouldn't easily come out of the dispenser. This made making your waffles very difficult. Breakfast would be nicer if it started at 6am instead of 7am also. The pool is small and my son got a rash from the chlorine/cloudy water.

A lot of hotels in kalamazoo have become the home to drug users, abuser and others that fit the lifestyle. This location has not and probably never will due to where it’s location. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the rooms are clean, smelled good, quite, and the staff was friendly, accommodating and normal people like you and me.
