The rooms are clean and meet the basic needs of the traveller.

My bank card was charged multiple times but I do appreciate that the staffs informed me.

The staff are the most important part of the facility and I can say from experience they are some of the most helpful, kind, genuine people I have met in a long time. They always remember me and I mean everything about me. It's hard enough to do the job they do let alone show up every day still smiling and willing to go that lil bit more to remember me and my story and genuinely what to help me when ever they can. With that being said I'd like to give a shot out to every one by name Tyler thanks for always being the perfect image of patience no matter how much of a mess I am. Diamond you are so calm and collected every time I come to you with issues with my stay and we always manage to come up with a solution that fixes everything and sends me off feeling heard and valued as a guest, Jamal your just awesome 👍 all-time , Glenna I would have a breakdown if I ever came down to the office in the morning and you weren't there (except on your days off) lol you are so kind patient and genuinely compassionate and understanding. You put up with me even when I can't stand myself and for that I will forever be greatful. There is another lady who's always awesome and welcoming and for the life of me I forgot your name but bet I will get it and remember it they way you always remember me.

There isn't anything I don't like.

The area around is horrible and parking space has lots of potholes and cracks.
