The location was perfect for the event that we were there for. within about 2 miles away.
None of the USB ports worked in the room. and 1/2 of the electrical ports as well. So, that posed a problem for the kids.
Also, the cook did not show up on Valentines day so we ended up ordering pizza in the room from Domino's.

Front reception area bright and clean
Staff were friendly and helpful
Dining area was bright and clean. I ordered from the menu, buffet not offered. Lady in kitchen very nice and a good cook! Sorry I didn’t get her name. John at the Manager was very polite and helpful.
Bathroom is too small; you step out of the shower and (almost) put your foot in the toilet

The Staff was excellent
The cleanliness of the rooms was not as satisfying as I would’ve expected it being that I am a Hilton Gardens, member, and the price that I paid for the night that I stayed was too elevated for the cleanliness, the toiletries and the actual smell from the room was very elevated for the quality that I received. I know that the rooms were in process of being remodeled, but it lacked cleanliness and lighting . Honestly, I feel that I was robbed. I don’t feel that I receive the proper hospitality that I would when I’ve stayed in numerous Hilton Gardens suites as a matter fact, I found it a bit degrading that I recently stayed at Hilton Gardens in Mexico and there amenities and the cleanliness of the rooms were a lot better than here

Location and front area were nice
They had a flood and all the rooms around mine were being dried out. Loud fans and workers. It smelled very damp and moldy. The AC unit was stuck on and couldn’t be adjusted.
Carpet and window shade were damaged and dirty.
I thought the $18.95 breakfast as the only option was not good.

3 different rooms in one hour, No television worked in any room. Shower clogged while taking shower in room two.

Location.
From the place being dirty, to our room being dirty also extremely hot, asked for a fan they don’t have them.. they quoted me a different pricing for breakfast. But for how dirty the place was I wouldn’t have eaten here anyways… There were a few other people that stayed here that we spoke to and they also had very similar experiences.

Great location
Too expensive. You have to pay for breakfast $28 bucks per plate. Hallways in hotel to Hot. Owner keeps the air off. The hotel carries the name Hilton. But it's not a Hilton hotel.

It was the closest hotel near our family weekend outing
When booking, we specifically requested a quiet room on an upper floor away from elevators and high-traffic areas. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were given a room directly across from the elevator and next to the pool—exactly what we had hoped to avoid. The front desk staff wasn’t rude, but gave off a vibe of disinterest, like they were ready to be done for the day.
The room itself had several issues: the refrigerator wasn’t working, there was no remote for the TV, and the Keurig pods were all used. We requested fresh coffee pods, but they never arrived. Thankfully, we had a cooler for essentials and grabbed coffee elsewhere the next morning.
For a stay that cost a couple hundred dollars per night, we expected a higher standard of service and attention to detail. While none of the issues were major on their own, together they added up to a frustrating experience

When we checked in, our bedding and sheets on both beds were dirty. It looked like they used the same bedding from the last guest. Hallways were dirty.

This property just 2 weeks ago, April 10th committed FRAUD AND charged unauthorized charges on my credit card and used MY FUNDS TOWARDS a folio belonging to another guest.
STILL TO THIS DAY , I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND

Penske moving truck completely went dead on us. We had to Penske, request a tow and then I had to return to Penske and retrieve a new truck. Unfortunately, we had to empty the truck to then pack back into the new truck.
This is when things got complicated and completely out of control.
My husband stayed at the property with the belongings to ensure everything was OK.
2 maintenance men came to the back side where the belongings were, my husband at the time was in the hotel collecting the bags, and to our complete surprise, they were picking through our stuff and loading what they wanted out of OUR BAGS, dumping what they didn't want. They even brought a truck over and started loading it up. My husband was over the top upset, confused and lost at what was happening. Confronted the employees , which then led then to screaming at my husband, cursing and saying he can't leave his belongings there, not one time recognizing the fact that they were in FACT STEALING. MANAAGER, ANGIE came out , ready to argue right off the bat, gave my husband no chance to say WE ARE GUEST HERE, WE HAD A RESERVATION FOR 2 NIGHTS.
She was not willing to take a moment and lead a professional, calm conversation. She accused him of trespassing, not having a reservation, stating she was calling the police and throwing our stuff in the dumpster.

The building has very poor sound insulation, so when the person in the above floor was walking from one point to the other or to the toilette there was a lot of noise in our rooom, disturbing our sleep.

I saw the reviews before I booked this hotel but my stay there one night was awful. They charge twice because they didn't find my pay. I show them my bank account and the mail where they charge me 2 rooms. And they didn't care, until I complain and complain about it. They said I found it. When finally they gave me my room, the room was flooded and the smell was horrible like mold. I called them and they told me “we don't have more rooms” and I told them I can't sleep here with my children. After calling them twice they change me to another room where the ac didn't work. They gave me the other second room on the First Floor beside the pool the curtains didn't work and the people could see into our room and the ac didn't work either. Sorry never again in this hotel.
