The location is great, the pools and view are amazing. The service was absolutely impeccable! I have never been treated in such a caring manner from all of the front desk staff! The bellman, T was so helpful, too.
We only visited the restaurant once, and that was for breakfast. The food was excellent, and the coffee was great.
I can’t think of one complaint. I was there forty years ago, and it is still such a nice hotel with a great view!

The view here is impeccable and the pool is beautiful. There’s a lot of pockets throughout the resort that are very pretty. The kids pool is really nice as well.
The restrooms were dated. And the food at the restaurants wasn’t great. A place like this should have really good food and restaurants and room service but I guess that kind of missed the mark for most of our group so we went off property for dinners

The staff is friendly and courteous. The accommodations and views of the lake are lovely. The grounds are well kept and are very pet friendly.

The resort itself was clean and the view of the lake and balcony are amazing, and the pools!
Sixty-Three Restaurant & Bar was a no go. The food was awesome but everytime I went, there was a bug problem. I went for lunch and there was an ant crawling on my plate. I went for dinner, there was an ant running across the bar. I ordered a margarita and there was a carpet beetle larvae floating in my drink. I left one day early.
