The staff was excellent. Kim at the front desk was especially helpful. Elvis the bellman was great. All the restaurant staff helped me have delicious vegan meals. Beautiful room and view. Unfortunately some of my family in some rooms had water problems. Showers cut off or trickled or there was no water. But it was fixed.

Unfortunately it’s too cold to use the pool but the facilities were very clean , smelled good , room clean and room service was very nice and friendly and room service good, we did have food left in the fridge when we got to the room but I told the front desk and they took our parking fee off.

Staff were A+ all around. Adult pool was great- but many people left and their towels weren’t collected/returned so others had nowhere to sit due to “reserved” chairs. The room- BAD: lotion too empty to work, hair dryer auto’s between hot and cold, the carpets are COVERED in stains, I wore shoes the whole time but in bed, TV remote didn’t control the guide or work mostly, guests on bar balcony (one floor down below my window) allowed loud until at least 12:30

We went on a weekend. Property was quiet & not a lot of people. We joked about hotel being haunted , we never saw any guest in the halls. If you are looking for a peaceful weekend, this is the place. It’s definitely not a party place. Marina is conveniently nearby. Hotel bar & restaurant close early. We had to drive 20-30 minutes away to grab dinner. Staff was very helpful.

Restaurants were not well staffed; lengthy delays for everthing. No water for some of the trip. No notice of the lack of water. Not very accomodating after water went out. Extremely disappointing after the last trip. Will find another hotel for future family trips.

We enjoyed our weekend getaway. The bed was extremely comfortable. The convenience of the restaurant was great since there isn’t many dining places close. We enjoyed the adult only area of the pool and hot tub since we were on a weekend getaway. The resort is secluded and very quiet. Such a pretty view of the lake from our room!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lakeway Resort and Spa! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, especially the bellman who went out of his way to help us. The resort itself is very nice and relaxing. The rooms could use a little updating, but overall everything was clean and comfortable. Great experience and we’d definitely come back!

Location is great, that's what you pay for here. Rooms are not good. They're supposed to have some type of air filtration, but our room smelled like mildew. Don’t eat at the restaurant, there are much better restaurants close by for the same price.

Old and dated. Musty, dark, old, and running only because of location. Mold in bathroom, dirty filter in vent, carpet stained. Food below average. Had to shut down all water to hotel because of leak in their old pipes. Water out all evening. Couldn't flush, no showers.

Property is close to family that lives near by. I think the resort is overpriced. Rooms & taxes are already high & then they add nightly parking & a $50 a day resort fee. Although I like staying there I think there are other options to consider.

GREAT view of the lake, not so great Resort. Showed up Wednesday afternoon. Paid the $50 early check-in fee, got settled in the room and went out exploring around 2pm. Went to the back porch bar. Conflicting info—either closed all day or open 4pm-10pm. We go back to the room and get our swimwear on. We make our way to the pool to take advantage of the Snack Bar. That’s not open either, just one the weekend. You have to contacted the restaurant. We walk to the gate that connects to the restaurant. It’s chained shut. So we have to walk around to the front of the building. We walk in the first door. No signs no nothing to prevent us from walking in. Once we’re inside, dressed in our swimwear, we’re greeted by a very formal private party. We see ourselves out. Lock the door. Put a sign up. SOMETHING. Thursday—the whole reason for the trip is my wife’s birthday. We’re going ziplining(Lake Travis Zipline would 10/10 recommend) and then wanted to get couples massages. Call the spa to make reservation. No answer. We go ziplining and call the spa again. No answer again. So instead of paying $500(after tax and included 20% gratuity) for a couples massage, we go somewhere else and spend $300 with a few extras included instead. 1) the resort overcharges 2) their loss. Only got 1500 characters. Cant even tell you about the birthday cake or lack of $25 credit. AND front desk didn’t even ask how our stay was at checkout. If you don’t go in-season or on the weekend, it’s a ghost town

Beautiful lake view! Older mediocre resort with nice adult only pools for lounging but nothing to do in the evening. The food in the restaurant was good and the same menu served in the lounge bar after 4pm. My first lake view balcony room had a strange odor and black mold in the bathroom. They kindly switched my room and there were no issues. There are all sorts of “incidental” charges to the room that are not explained in full upon arrival…$50 night plus taxes, $10 parking per night, all food and beverage, plus a daily “hold” even though I paid the room in advance in full. I would have been nice if there was a way to view daily charges on the in-room tv or hotel website with a “guest portal”! The in-room tv did not have any streaming movie channels and no guide to show you what is playing. There were 2 bottles of water in the room and an Expresso only machine. No plastic or glass cups. Overall, the $50 day pass or daily cabana is all you need to enjoy this resort & spa.

Love this place! This last visit was a little disappointing due to lack of service, but still fun with the family. We had a beautiful view and our son enjoyed the activities.
