    Close walk to all the theaters. Staff were very nice and our room got upgraded for free so that a nicer room didnt go to waste which was awesome.

    We were here for a surgery. The staff was beyond accommodating and helpful. Anything we requested was responded to enthusiastically and promptly. Everyone was so kind and helpful from the moment we checked in to even helping us get to our car at checkout. Not to mention, the location is extremely close to Times Square making it super easy to get where we needed to fast!

    The complimentary breakfast only included muffins and coffee. The front desk service could be improved, particularly the woman working the morning shift on October 6, 2025, who was not very friendly during checkout. Our hotel room felt a bit dark and confined, with a small window that let in no natural light at all. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor from the neighboring business that smelled strongly every time we exited the hotel not the hotel fault.
