location is great - away from the hustles and bustles in French Quarter but still close enough to walk there. parking is easy.

Location to where I needed to be for all events. Rooms were clean and comfortable
I had to pay to park. I’ve never had to do that at a hotel. I paid for the room then had to pay to park to use my room. I was also charged an incidental deposit (which is normal, I guess?). So by the time you pay for the room, the incidental and the parking, a $500 stay basically doubles $$$. My key card demagnetized 3 times during my stay. So I had to continually go to the lobby to fix. The first time this happened, the front desk associate basically ignored me standing at the counter checking in other customers, once I finally got her attention she mentioned security needed to go to my room with me to confirm….i can’t even use the elevator with the card working, I gotta walk 14 flights of stairs to confirm??
