    This hotel allowed me to check in early and we're very understanding about the circumstances behind the stay at their hotel. The bar and restaurant were very good. Had the best quesadilla at the bar restaurant I had ever had

    I would not recommend this facility because the staff is extremely rude. They offer a “free” breakfast and there was myself my daughter and her boyfriend who checked so they should allow three meals. When I tried getting breakfast after my daughter and her boyfriend had eaten, they said breakfast was only for one adult and two children. It shouldn’t matter whether it’s one adult two adults three adults if you registered three people in the room three people should be allowed breakfast. They were going to charge me extra because both of the kids with me were adults so I wasn’t able to have any of their “free” breakfast because my kids had already gotten theirs. Not only that but the front desk guy was insanely rude. The kitchen staff was rude. They also will not allow you to take the food back to your room to eat. And they monitor you like a hawk. They also don’t allow use of the side doors… They make everyone come in through the front doors past the front desk. Instead of making it easier on their customers by allowing them to use the side doors, which is closer to where you might park. Overall, this hotel gets two thumbs down and needs to remember how they make a living. As a paying customer, I am the one who provides a living for them. They should be less rude and more accommodating to their customers. No wonder the parking lot was empty while we were there.
