It was a great hotel for the money, they were friendly and the location man cant beat it close to alot food, min away from shopping over all great place to spend a weekend or for the attractions.

No diversity in Employees, all are East Indian and do not care about you if you are not from their country. Pool is never open, always under maintence. They allow people to park wherever. Breakfast tastes like the food is a week old. Found one muffin with mold on it. No tub stppoer so cannot take bath. Shower water never got hot.

No more free wifi even though advertisement say free wifi. Pool only open in evening, but advertised as 10am-9pm. Manager Jay Patel is worthless, tried contacting 3 times and he never returns calls. My first room, A/C never shut off, contact 62 degrees, took them 2 days to move me to another room to which that A/C would never get below 85 degrees. If you are not East Indian, then good luck on getting anything resolved, employees use foul language and as a retaliation, they force a reprogram of key card everyday. Either because I am a homeless person or that is just how they are. Either way, this place should be removed from Agoda.
