Pool water was very cold. They should add a hot tub/jacuzzi

The hotel has such a beautiful interior, with plenty of charming photo spots around every corner. I also loved that there were both indoor and outdoor pools, so we could choose depending on the weather. Another great feature was the first-floor balcony, which was conveniently connected to the parking area, making it very easy to bring our luggage directly into the room.

The only downside was the lack of soundproofing. We could hear footsteps, conversations, and even water running from the rooms above and next to us very clearly, which was quite disturbing at times. Also, the fire pits were very small and there were only two of them, so they were always crowded and we were never able to use them.

Great color and decoration, 2 pools option inside and outside, buildings configuration, playing/outdoors area great for kid. View to pond very nice. Balcony with chairs great.

Some staff not very friendly (checkin, restaurants) with clients and rude with their own staff. Restaurants often out of stock early. Outdoor pool very cold and pool towel ridiculously small. Bathroom configuration not great as it is split in middle of the entryway. Room not soundproofed. Common area rug seems old and dirty. The fact they use French decor and French words without the quality of French hospitality. Extra cost for cabanas. No water in room or fountain or way to buy some when breakfast place not opened.

The beds were comfortable.

Bad odors coming from bathroom drain. We switched rooms but you could still kind of smell it. It’s an old building , no elevator to second floor.
