Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Maple Grove

Breakfast was very nice. Computer system was down when we arrived and the staff handled everything very well and got us checked in to our room so that we could make it to our event on time

We loved the room. It was comfortable and accommodating to our needs. The AC was great and kept us cool all night long

Everything met our expectations and exceeded many.

When we entered the lobby, the staff was very kind and accommodating. We got to the rooms and the first thing I noticed was how clean and fresh it smelled. We were pleased with the rooms and the beds were comfortable. The whole place is VERY well kept up, by very respectful and friendly staff. Our family ate at the restaurant there in the evening and we all enjoyed great tasting food. The menu has something for everyone. The breakfast staff members the next morning were very personable and went out of their way to make our breakfast experience exceptional by answering our questions and accommodating our special requests. When the baby was still napping at check out time, the front desk staff gave us grace and allowed us to stay a bit longer so he could sleep. We chatted with the staff who were changing out the linens and preparing the next rooms, and they were also very friendly and respectful of our sleeping baby. Overall, we had never been to this hotel before, but we had an excellent experience.

Staff courtesy, and cleanliness

My only real criticism is this, the coffe was horrible. Both in the room and in the lobby. I have had coffee from posh settings to coffe brewed in the middle of Iraq, this stuff was hands down the worst. I would expect better from Hilton.
