The staff, in particular Khan and Rodney, go above and beyond for whatever you may need. The location is fantastic with the subway just 2 blocks away and the best part no doubt was the view. What an incredible way to start your day! My husband and I have found our NYC spot for future travels!

LIC Manhattan has undoubtedly a good location. If you're good to take the subway, then you're going to enjoy it there. The rooms are quite okay and the staff is kind and helpful.
The AC was not working. For the price one paid to be here, one expects few things, and that includes sufficient air conditioning. Staff did act fast to provide a mobile AC unit, which still did a poor job under the heatwave we had. We emailed management, no response. Rude! Usually, when this happens in May you should have an extra room available but anyways..
