Very convenient location to universal studio. Staff members Juan and Vanessa very nice and hospitable. Welcomed us warmly with our pet we traveled with. Juan helped us with our luggage as I recently had surgery. Rooms come with kitchens and living room areas. 10 out of 10 I def recommend.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We love the central international drive location with easy transport links. Staff always lovely and helpful.
The accommodation was dirty, we arrived and found it dirty and thought the cleaner would clean it but it took 8 days for us to notice a cleaner has been in and only as we had fresh towels. The beds were only made on the last 3 days of our 11 night trip and the bedding never changed. We could tell it was nearly tip time as on the last two days we had the towels changed every day and the beds made. We have decided it will be our last stay.
