Location is great, room is spacious clean. Facilities are perfectly fine. Pool and gym both sufficient for all you may use them. Great price. Staff always friendly.
Really like the fact there was a FREE cold water machine on my floor beside the ice machine. This is a big positive over the park value resorts. 30 sec trip to fill your water bottle over a trip to the canteen.
The bus service isn't as efficient as the resort hotels. Bit its free so if you can put up with that then no problem. Alternatively get an uber for under $10 I guess the theming, not that it's bad but its obviously not as good as a park hotel. No real complaints though.

Location was great close to International Drive and also shuttle service to Universal Studios. Pool area was nice for relaxing after a long day exploring.
Ongoing renovations including lack of air conditioning due to faults in system. Air con in room was also very noisy. Checkout process, primarily receiving 3 separate email bills and extra charges which wasnt explained at time of checkout and was queried but not resolved. I also emailed Hotel via booking operator prior to our stay but recieved no response.
