i loved the view , it was nice and clean inside the hotel when we got in there plus it was a lot of games you can play with your family and it was a quick check in process
the only thing i did like abt it was the hidden fees , we can had to pay a $100 deposit for the first night and $50 for the second night . i had no clue i had to pay those fees and parking fees

Location was great close to International Drive and also shuttle service to Universal Studios. Pool area was nice for relaxing after a long day exploring.
Ongoing renovations including lack of air conditioning due to faults in system. Air con in room was also very noisy. Checkout process, primarily receiving 3 separate email bills and extra charges which wasnt explained at time of checkout and was queried but not resolved. I also emailed Hotel via booking operator prior to our stay but recieved no response.
