$200 incident fee is way too much.

The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and professional. It is a good value for the price.

The hotel needs some refurbishing such as the rust around drains, old silverware and pots in the kitchen, loose outlets, etc.

1st floor hall smelled like a lot of cigarette smoke

It was beautifully set up and the outdoor area is very nice.

At check in, there was a very rude and snappy staff member. In the process of me trying to ask him about the card I had added on file in which the system informed me to do so incase the hotel needed to charge me for anything, he snapped and cut me off to say he needs a card on file without even letting me finish what I was trying to ask him. I understand having to have a physical card but it ruined my experience coming into such a beautiful place to be treated rudely instead of with courtesy and a warm welcoming. He was also rude when giving directions to my room and he gave a lot of attitude when there was mix up with the security deposit; I was informed of $150 by 2 customer service agents but he snapped at me saying “no it’s always been $250 I don’t know who would even tell you that”. There’s a way to speak to people especially when they’re spending their hard earned money on your establishment.
