    Nice location. Spacious room with amazing view of manhattan. Overall clean and quiet. Didn’t use the restaurant and pool. Friendly and courteous staff. No major issues. Decently priced. Right next to subway station into manhattan WTC was great.

    Public transportation and view location are the best. The noise in the room interferes with a comfortable sleep.

    Booked this hotel because it isn’t in NYC, yet it is only one stop away from WTC using Path. Train station is right next door. In addition, it is near plenty cool cafes for great breakfast. And what an amazing view to Manhattan we had from inside the room, and even everywhere around the hotel. Hotel is clean and big size for my little family.

    Didn’t end up staying here. The front desk staff is horrible. Not accommodating at all. We booked this hotel to stay one night for a wedding we’re attending. I called the day before to confirm we would have an early check in to which they confirmed because we needed time to get ready for this event. When we arrived we were told they wouldn’t have a room until 4pm. Which is the time we would have to be leaving the hotel. I explained to them the situation and how I called and was promised an early check in. They pretty much said we were SOL and to find another hotel. I asked if they would be refunding us and they said no, I said okay I will dispute with my bank. We left and went to the Conrad Downtown to which they accommodated us right away and much greater value for the money. Will return to Conrad Downtown anytime thanks to this terrible hotel and experience with the Hyatt!
