    Our favourite hotel the whole trip. Perfect location with a large room and kitchen

    Our group booked three rooms—two under my name and one under my friend’s name. Our check-in experience was very disappointing. We waited approximately 1.5 hours at the front desk before receiving our room keys. After my friend received their room key at around 2:45 PM, we were given the wrong room number. I had to go up and down three times before the mistake was corrected. Because of this delay, I missed my Uber ride and had to pay a cancellation fee. When I explained the situation to the front desk staff, I was told that it was my fault because I was “in a rush.” I found this response unprofessional and unacceptable. Although the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, I was unable to get into my room until about 3:05 PM. Since we had already lost so much time, we left immediately for our city tour to avoid wasting the rest of the day. Overall, our first check-in experience was very poor. The long wait, incorrect room information, missed transportation, and the way the front desk handled the situation left us with a very negative first impression

    Great location, with amazing view close by or at the rooftop; the parking fee is a little high (because it's Jersey/New York) but still very convenient. Facilities are good, modern, and the staff is really friendly.
