    It was a very nice stay. Room is big and clean! Not too far from Metro and bus depot. You can either walk or take a short bus ride near the hotel. Brianni at the hotel reception is most kind and helpful! Thank you!

    good location and excellent customer service, free shuttle help so much for convenient way to get our room faster and get a well rested stay, stress free.

    Everything was good for a late night arrival into LA. Room was spacious and had all the basics provided for. No complaints there. Easy to get from the airport too. However, the room had a spot that smelt of piss. It just ruined the whole experience unfortunately and we could t wait to checkout the next morning. Such a pity.
