It was great….. I guess I expected a smart tv in the room since the limited channels in the room did not include CNN…. But this is a minor quibble

Location is great, front desk team is friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean, and comfortable.
The arrangement of the bathroom door with respect to the rest of the room was awkward. It was hard to use the sink (which is in the room next to the bathroom) and have someone enter / exit the bathroom. The tub’s wall was very high.

The property was so clean and so centrally located! The staff was incredible and always made us feel so welcome, greeted every time we came in and had the door held open for us. When I got stung by a jellyfish they even brought a cup of vinegar up to my room.!!

The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and clearly tried their best to help, including attempting to resolve the internet problem by offering a different room. The rooftop pool is a very pleasant feature, and the rooms themselves are spacious and nicely decorated, which would normally contribute to a comfortable stay. However, the operational issues mentioned below unfortunately overshadowed these positive aspects.
During my stay, several important issues significantly affected the overall experience. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the room temperature remained around 88°F (31°C) for three consecutive days, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. In addition, the elevator was out of service for several days. Luckily staff was very helpful to access the upper floors with luggage. The internet connection was also unreliable, with very poor or no connectivity in some rooms. Despite these ongoing issues, management did not provide any meaningful response, which was disappointing. Considering the high room rates, the overall maintenance and management of the facilities appeared careless and below expectations.
