Everyhting was good. The room and bathroom were clean. They also have laundry for pay. The kitchen space was nice and big
The kitchen needs to be stocked with utensils and sauce pans, there were only frying pans.

The room had enough room, the bathroom, especially the shower was quite spacious, and designed for safety. The area was central and close to where we had to go for business.
My wife would’ve liked it to be fancier, with more amenities. There was no breakfast or even a common area that could be used for eating. The nearest breakfast place was blocks away.

I think the facilities and comfort were ok for the price
One particular staff member was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. They were not being clear and when I asked follow up questions they continuously passive aggressively said ‘maybe I’m not speaking clearly enough’, and when I called after our stay, this person aggressively hung up on me when I needed help.
